On 6th of March 2017, Guren Graduate Institute established a cooperation agreement with the world’s leading financial education organization – New York Finance Institute.

While Mongolian Parliament is considering about Investment Bank Law, many foreign banks and financial institutions are exploring to invest in Mongolia. Once these international financial institutes and foreign banks start its operation in Mongolia, the need of human resource capacity and skills will arise.

By preparing human resource capacity in the financial sector in Asian countries like Hong-Kong and Singapore, world’s leading bank and financial institutions started operating in these countries and currently allowing various young people to work in international financial institutions with the competitive income.

In order to give this opportunity, Guren Graduate Institute is officially organizing 20 different professional certificate courses, such as: Property Management, Portfolio Management, Investment Bank Management and Evaluation as well as Recourse Management courses both in English and Mongolian languages for people seeking to work at international financial institutions and for those who are already working in financial institutions and commercial banks. Students can take the training course in Ulaanbaatar city, Mongolia or in New York city, USA.

As a result of 1 year’s negotiation, Guren Graduate Institute has made a cooperation agreement with New York Finance Institute. Director of New York Finance Institute Mr. Lee Arthur gave a speech to graduate students of Executive Master in Public Administration of Guren Graduate Institute about the Finance Institute, reporting operation they have made since 1922 as well as new technologies and innovation in the global financial sector.
